Service and accounts
Almotakamila Flexible Packaging provides this portal to customers and authorised users to manage their transactions with the company. Use your account within its assigned permissions, provide accurate information, and update contact and delivery details when they change. Contact management if you suspect unauthorised use.
Quotations and order confirmation
Requesting a quotation does not mean accepting it. Review the price, currency, quantities, specifications, duration and terms of the displayed quotation revision before approving it. Approval is recorded through the confirmation action in the app, including entering the required confirmation text and confirming the choice, together with the user's identity, approval time and quotation revision.
WhatsApp notifications are for alerts and follow-up; replying to a notification does not replace the approval action in the app. If details differ, review the saved quotation and order and contact the company.
Design, production and delivery
Uploading a design file does not approve it for production. Design approval is separate from price approval and must be completed with the company before production begins. Tracking statuses show progress recorded in the system. Production and delivery dates are reviewed according to the quotation and communication with the company. The order details document is not itself a tax invoice or authorisation to start production.
To amend or cancel a confirmed order, contact the company. Available actions depend on the production stage and agreed terms. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel existing orders or obligations.
Specification and print approval
Each order must have clear specifications for material, layers, dimensions, thickness, quantity, printing and any special requirements. The customer reviews text, logos, barcodes, dimensions and the final design before approval. Acceptable tolerances must be agreed in writing in the quotation or specifications; accepting these terms does not imply a general tolerance percentage.
Colours displayed on a screen may differ from the actual print. When colour matching is important, a colour reference or approved sample must be agreed before production. This does not justify departing from the agreed reference or specifications. The customer explains the intended use, such as food contact or temperature and storage conditions, so material suitability and requirements can be confirmed before production.
Scheduling, changes and payment
The approved quotation specifies the price, currency, taxes, transport charges if any, and payment schedule. The production period starts from the agreed starting point after the approvals and payments required by the quotation are complete. This policy alone does not impose an advance payment or extra fees.
Changes after approval require written confirmation of their effect on price and timing before implementation. If a delay is expected, the company informs the customer of the reason and proposed date and discusses an appropriate solution, including cancellation and settlement of the unfulfilled portion when agreed or required by applicable rights.
Delivery, inspection and storage
The agreement specifies the delivery address, method, costs and transport responsibilities. Split deliveries or address changes require prior coordination. Check package quantities and visible condition on receipt, record shortages or damage, and keep photographs and batch details for follow-up. Signing for delivery does not waive the right to report a hidden defect.
Store products according to the material's supplied storage and handling instructions, away from damaging conditions. No storage or redelivery charges are imposed unless agreed in advance. Causes of damage are reviewed objectively, including manufacturing, transport, storage and use.
Cancellation and custom-made products
Submit cancellation requests in writing with the order number. Before approved work begins or approved custom materials are purchased, the unfulfilled portion is cancelled and payments for it are returned. If approved work has begun, the customer is shown documented, actual, non-recoverable costs, such as print setup, custom materials and completed production, accounting for anything recoverable or reusable. Costs are not counted twice and no automatic cancellation penalty is imposed.
Products printed or manufactured to custom specifications cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind once produced in accordance with approval, unless separately agreed. Rights to remedies for defects or non-conformity remain. Design approval does not release the company from production errors or departures from the approved revision.
Defects, returns and refunds
If a defect or departure from specifications appears, notify the company without unreasonable delay, including the order number, photographs, affected quantity and batch details. Keep samples, separate affected stock, and stop using it if there are safety concerns. This policy does not impose a short deadline that automatically forfeits claims or require continued use of a potentially defective product.
The company reviews the case and samples when necessary, then informs the customer of its findings and proposed remedy. Where a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is the company's responsibility, an appropriate remedy is repair, remanufacture, replacement or a full or partial refund proportionate to the affected portion, with the company bearing necessary return and remedy costs. A purchase voucher is not substituted for an owed refund without the customer's consent.
Coordinate returns before shipping to agree the recipient, address and transport method. Once the refund amount is determined, the customer is informed of the amount, method and expected timing. Payment is returned to the original payment method where possible or an agreed documented alternative. Receipt timing may vary by bank or payment provider. These terms do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Files and permitted use
Upload only files and content you own or are authorised to share for processing your order. Content is used for that purpose; uploading does not automatically transfer ownership. Ownership of printing tools and moulds, and storage or handover charges, are specified in the order agreement where applicable. Attempting to access another company's data, bypass permissions, send harmful files or disrupt the service is prohibited.
Availability and privacy
Some functions may temporarily be unavailable for maintenance or due to service providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Contact the company if access fails or information appears incorrect. The privacy policy explains data handling, and the data deletion page explains how to submit a request.
