How to submit a request

1. Email it.manager@motakamila.net or it.officer@motakamila.net from the email address registered to your account.

2. Use the subject: Account and data deletion request — Almotakamila app.

3. Include your name, company name and account email. Specify whether you want the account and its data deleted, or particular data or messages. For a WhatsApp-related request, include the phone number in international format.

4. If you can no longer use your registered email, explain this; management will contact you to verify your identity appropriately.

Do not send your password, verification code or any access key.

What happens after submission?

Management reviews the request and verifies the requester's identity and authority, then explains the scope, any additional information needed and expected timing. Confirmation is sent when the action is complete, or an explanation is provided if some data cannot be deleted. Sending an email does not trigger automatic deletion; requests are handled manually.

Data covered by the request

Depending on the request's scope, we review whether the sign-in account, profile and contact data, messages and related files can be deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Company data shared with other users requires verification that the requester is authorised to act on it.

Data that may need to be retained

Necessary order data, approved quotations, approvals, delivery, accounting and security records may be retained to fulfil ongoing transactions, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Our reply explains excluded data and the reason for retention. Backups may remain until replaced through the backup cycle, with restricted use.

Deleting an account does not cancel a commercial order or automatically remove a message copy on the recipient's device or WhatsApp account. For data Meta holds independently, use the privacy tools provided by its services.
